About UAN-ICJ
The United Ancient Indigenous Enlightened Nations – International Court of Justice (UAN-ICJ), is an international court that upholds the legal rights of ancient and indigenous nations, and gives advisory opinions on international legal issues regarding indigenous rights as interpretation of international treaties, borders disputes and human rights cases. It is one of the organs of the UAN. It provides ancient indigenous nations the ability to defend their ancestral and legal rights and obtain justice globally.
The uncountable atrocities perpetrated against indigenous peoples around the globe have led KAILASA to establish the UAN-ICJ. This international organ of justice aims to uphold dharma, ensure justice and protect the rights of ancient nations and peoples around the world through the application of the ancient, time-tested principles of indigenous Hindu Jurisprudence and international legal standards.
